EXHIBITORS

Various sizes and shapes of booths are available
View Space AvailabilityPricing depends on booth size and location. Smaller booths
may be combined to create larger ones. View Individual Booth PricesThe Federal GST tax and any other applicable taxes that may be imposed by the provincial government will be added to the price.
Charges are for the use of the space only.
Price for each 8 or 10 foot unit includes
one 750 W duplex electrical outlet
one wireless Internet connection
one 6' or 8' draped table
one or two chairs
fireproof draping
limited storage space for crates and cartons.
internal moving services are provided if requested.
Please note:
Power supplied to each booth does NOT include power bars.
Additional tables and chairs, Internet connections, electrical upgrades, etc. are available at extra cost.
Orders for additional furnishing and services should be made on the Booth Set-up Form which must be submitted no later than October 23. The set-up form will be provided at a later date.
Additional booth furnishings beyond those offered by ECOO (plants, more elaborate booth fixtures, etc.) may be ordered directly from Stronco and/or Stronco Electrical Services by October 24. Further information about Stronco services will be provided at a later date.
Space will be offered first to returning 2008 exhibitors on a first come-first served basis. Any spaces not secured with a deposit by May 1 will then be allocated to those on our waiting list.
Verbal requests cannot be accepted. A signed application form must be faxed or emailed to secure a booth. Completed application forms, followed within 5 days by a deposit of at least 25 percent, will be used to assign the space.
The following deadlines must be observed:

- Final payment for space
Sept. 5, 2009
- Booth Set-up Form
Oct. 23, 2009
- Name tag data
Oct. 28, 2009
- Inserts for delegate bags
Nov. 10, 2009
Height restrictions for each space are as follows:
Backs or Towers, 8 ft.
Sides between adjoining booths, 3 ft.
Any variations to these limits require prior written approval.
Exhibitors must adhere to all Exhibitor
Rules.
