FLYERS AND OTHER DELEGATE BAG INSERTS |

Vendors have the opportunity to have an insert (brochure, flyer or other advertising material) placed in the ECOO delegate bag that is provided to each conference registrant. This has proven to be a popular method of advertising. This year we will be preparing approximately 800 delegate bags.
What Constitutes an Insert?
An insert may consist of a brochure (maximum 6 pages), flyer, or small personalized item (e.g. pen, packaged CD-ROM, etc.)
What Does It Cost to Add an Insert?
The charge to have ONE insert (single item) included as part of the delegate kit is:
Exhibitors - $131.25 ($125.00 plus $6.25 GST)
Others - $262.50 ($250.00 plus $12.50 GST)
The cost of including additional inserts may be obtained by contacting the Exhibits Managers exhibits@ecoo.org
How Do I Arrange to Place an Insert?
To include one or more inserts in the delegate bags,
- Inform the Exhibit Managers of the nature of your insert and confirm the cost with them via email exhibits@ecoo.org. An invoice can be provided if necessary. A sample may be requested in advance.
- Once the cost has been confirmed, pay now, either by:
- cheque mailed to ECOO Office, c/o Beckers Associates,
Suite 202, 10 Morrow Ave, Toronto On, M6R 2J1, Attention: Exhibit Managers
(indicate ECOO 2008 Inserts on the cheque), or - credit card using the link on this website.
- cheque mailed to ECOO Office, c/o Beckers Associates,
Suite 202, 10 Morrow Ave, Toronto On, M6R 2J1, Attention: Exhibit Managers
- Finally, 800 insert items should be clearly labelled and shipped to the Sheraton Parkway Hotel to arrive after Nov. 4 and no later than noon on Nov. 10.

The deadline for receiving the items is noon on Nov. 10. Note: Advertising inserts arriving after the deadline of noon Nov. 10 cannot be included in the delegate bags.
Should you require confirmation that your insert items have arrived, please make arrangements with your courier.
